This is a rare non-judgmental space designed to support you where you are at; Whilst this course is for experienced or professional actors, I believe its imperative that we all have a space where we can drop our guard, where we can stop focusing on being GOOD and focus on the spirit of play. Make no mistake though, by doing this your craft benefits.

This course offers A Playground for the Professional Actor – to shake things up and re-ignite their love for script work.

Course content will include;

• Intuitively guided questioning and suggestions to get in touch with the text personally & viscerally.

• Connection exercises including ‘Repetition’ to help you to see more and more in your partner and in you!

• As the great Sandy Meisner said; ‘An Ounce of Behaviour is worth a Pound of Words’: We’ll be exploring behavioural silence in scenes.

• Imaginary Circumstances: The bedrock to bringing life & truth to your scenework!

 *This culmination is designed to bring your scenes to life  over just 5 days!*

This intensive course will arm you with ideas and insight to keep your cold reading skills and audition technique fresh.

I have been coaching and mentoring actors for over 10 years and bring with me both my experience as a Meisner Teacher together with my depth of knowledge and instinct for truthful performances.

My work is imbued with the philosophy that when an actor feels safe, they flourish.

Course Location:

The course will take place at The Audition House; An award winning casting studio close to Warren street, in the heart of central London. An intimate, welcoming and well catered for space.

About the Scenes:

You can either bring your own scene and acting partner (discount for 2 that book together) or be provided with a powerful script suited to you!

Explore different nuances of yourself and your technique in a creative and playful space, designed to increase your versatility!

A maximum of only 8 students to ensure an in-depth and intimate training experience.
